6. Now, try not to starve yourself as you won't be able to get anywhere with that. Try to take in at least five meals of equal portions throughout the day instead of the regular five as these are going to help a lot.

7. Do not eat out if you haven't cooked at home. Try to make a healthy meal for yourself at home.

8. Many people have the tendency to eat more when they are depressed, another reason why they end up eating more than they should. Chocolates etc are the most common comfort food which will give immense euphoria to women all over the world; and is known to be a great depression reliever.

9. Now you must be very consistent with your weight loss plan if you really want it to be effective, you just can't afford to go astray. Many people give up after a short while and their dream to lose weight just remains a dream. The successful ones are those who get over those initial jerks and just are consistent.

10. How many hours are you sleeping for? Do you really know that if you do not sleep enough you will end up gaining more weight instead of losing it?

You should be able to give at least eight hours to your sleep in order to have a healthy and a smart body.
