Many people, in their hurry to lose weight, go for strength training without bothering about its pros and cons. This is not wise as it can lead to harmful consequences. So, you should subject yourself to a series of medial examinations and understand how much stamina you really have. Then only can you think of going for strength training. You can also choose cardio exercises but only after consulting with a professional. Avoiding bad workouts will help you avoid many unnecessary problems.
