This is a difficult thing to do as we all know that not eating carbs is something that disturbs our life. So yes, this diet can be pretty hard for the people who do not have that big a will power. The lack of carbs in your diet and not being able to eat a well balanced diet would leave you lethargic not to mention unhealthy as well.

3. The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet is a relatively new diet that has been introduced a few years back or so. The root of this diet is in the concept of calorie shifting; it does not focus much on the exercise bit as all of the focus is usually on the fact that you need to keep track of the food that you are eating. That the basic thing is that you should not stick to any one particular diet for a long time as your body can get used to it, meaning your whole weight loss initiative gone out of the window.
