One thing that we must understand is that building of muscle does not mean increasing fat. Muscle when built properly does not increase fat, instead it eats fat up. You can do exercise every other day and use the days in between to give your body a well-deserved break. If you can't go to gym as there is no time for you to do so, you can make your home your gym if you really are serious about increasing muscle mass.
