Now this regimen is for eleven days and then you can enjoy three days off but then you will have to come back to this diet plan. This way you can gobble up as many calories that you want to and you are guaranteed not to gain weight.

So this was basically my take on rapid fast weight loss programs that can actually cause you to lose weight and feel healthy again. After all, to follow a diet plan that really works has become almost impossible in this day and age, therefore choose and choose well.
