Here is a bit of quick and easy weight loss advice for women who do not want to follow crash diets like Atkins as these diets are usually not good for health at all.

1. Now instead of having three meals, it is much better to have five small, frequent meals as these will keep your metabolism high and you will burn more definitely.

2. Another thing that we need to make sure is the fact that eating five meals does not in any way mean that you can eat in whatever amounts you want to for the whole day. 3. Try to drink as much water as you can as water can actually do wonders for your weight loss problems. When you drink water, it flushes out toxins and thus increases the metabolism to a great extent.

4. Eat food from each group; never think that one group is more important than the other, meaning carbohydrates, protein and fat are all equally important. No one group is more important than the other. While you are at it try to have more organic food and less processed food as the natural things are always better as far as health is concerned.

5. Fiber, fiber and yes, more fiber can make your health problems just vanish in the air. Eating. The best thing that fiber does is that it makes you feel full and you just don't end up eating more than you actually should, which is the mistake committed by many of us usually.

8. In our attempt to lose weight, we sometimes forget that the greatest results are sometimes achieved with the least effort and by keeping the goals simple. We have to do just that, to be realistic about the goals so that even achieving one would make us feel like we are on the top of the world or something.

Just don't give in to the temptation of crash dieting, I know the results they portray are a bit too tempting but still it is for us to decide as to whether or not we'd like to come back to our original weight or not.
