Sodas are full of sugar and all which is disastrous for belly fat and all the natural weight loss procedures advice anything but this. Now don't think that by substituting normal sodas with diet ones you are going to stop gaining weight as these are but a way to trick the public into not leaving the habit of drinking soft drinks.

Try to change the bad habit as soon as you can as usually the best way to lose your belly fat in just a few weeks is to try and stick to natural weight loss procedures as much as you can. Very importantly never compromise on your exercise; even if you don't have a lot of time to do that, at least take a few minutes out every day to go for a walk or something. Using the natural weight loss procedures does not mean that you have to stop enjoying your life, even if you are eating out, you can choose the healthier food items with healthier ingredients.
