2. Ever imagined why elderly people have emphasized a lot on water intake? There is a definite reason; water can make your system clean and free of any toxins. Is also makes the metabolism better and most importantly it makes you feel full due to which you can avoid indulging in more food than you can actually afford.

3. If you can invest in pedometers, or step counters. What they do is that they basically count the steps that you take all day long for you. At the end of the day, you can just write down the number of steps that you have taken, in a diary, so that you can try and do it better the next day. All this great thing does is that it motivated you to do better as far as physical activity is concerned.
