There is a lot of information that is out there, as far as losing weight is concerned but as they say not all data is necessarily correct. No Weight Record: A definite no-no; it is just a very significant aspect of weight loss as if we do not record we cannot keep an eye on ourselves and thus quick fat loss will remain a distant dream. Always remember that you should leave nothing out, for there are things that might not matter to you but definitely to your weight loss plan! The best method to lose weight is just to try and consume lesser calories than you normally do!

2. Replying on Cardio exercises only: though these are awesome for the body but still thinking that these will help in your getting rid of all the extra flab that you have managed to accumulate for yourself is completely wrong. To lose weight the best way is to combine both these and the more appropriate strength training in a practicable regimen. Now I really am not saying that there is no use to indulge in these exercises, the thing remains that there is nothing better than perhaps brisk walk and jogging but well slow aerobics are certainly not welcome! And also if you have managed to create a good exercise routine for yourself also try and bring in some of sort of variation as if you keep on doing the same thing over and over again, your body will get used to it and the effect will be lesser.

3. Strength training is not effective: Well, this is one thing that is really deceiving about weight loss. Weight loss doesn't really require a lot from us but a disciplined life, a good exercise and diet regimen to follow and to constantly monitor it. Be careful about what food you are eating, it should be less but should never mean that you have to compromise on its nutrition as it should be nutritious nonetheless. Try to adopt the food in its entirety instead of just following a diet for some weeks; changing your lifestyle will of course be much better for you. Good luck!
