1. Include more and more fish/ poultry in your daily diet instead of red meat. Red meat has a lot of protein but with it, come the deadly saturated fats as well so it's better to stay away from that. Then instead of frying try to incorporate roasting /baking or grilling which are definitely some of the healthier methods of cooking.

2. Embrace salads/ leafy greens and fruits totally for a quick weight loss. The fibrous content in fruit effectively helps us feel fuller and less hungry.

3. If we really want to get on with weight loss then we would have to just stay away from that sweet disaster that we all love to call the fizzy drinks.

4. Get to know everything that there is to know about calories, nutrition; everything that is a part of your daily diet.
