This new routine consists of gaps at short intervals, which don't let you feel hungry any longer. What is more it also develops the functioning of metabolism and digestive system.

Try to drink 10-12 glasses of water daily. Water is an important nutrient for the body. It hydrates the body, frees it from toxins. You must also sleep, walk regularly.
