For a woman, the average intake normally varies from 1400 to 1600 calories depending upon how tall she is. If you want to fast lose weight, you need to calculate the amount of calorie intake for one day and ensure that you expend the extra calories by doing enough exercise in one week. For example, if your daily calorie intake is 1500, you should burn those calories in one week to lose weight.

As regards physical exercise, it is better to adhere to easy and enjoyable workouts instead of slogging away at the gym. For reaching your workplace, try walking, or go cycling. It will not only burn your calories but also give you a sense of enjoyment as well. Go for an aerobics class or swimming. While watching TV, also do exercise with an exercise cycle. These are a few easy methods to lose weight before wedding.

However, you must have enough motivation if you are really keen to fast lose weight before your wedding. Motivate yourself before you take the plunge. The very idea of looking and feeling beautiful before the curious eyes of guests on your wedding day may itself be a great motivation. Try to set reasonable goals for yourself. If you set unattainable targets, you could end up disappointed when you fail to achieve them.
