Eating a evenhanded diet is a key factor in losing weight in a few days. We should keep a watch on our portion size. Five to six smaller meals per day instead of three large ones will keep our cravings at bay and will also keep our metabolisms high all day, making it easier for the body to burn fat. We should consume some amount of protein, fat, and carbohydrates in every meal. A combination of all this constitutes a balanced and a nutritious diet.

These weight loss programmes if done regularly will work for us and maintain a healthy body forever.
