2. Don't cut carbs completely, good carbs like brown rice and veggies are something that your body desperately needs in order to carry out the daily activities that it needs to.

3. We don't really recommend this tip but it is all that you need in order to stay to your diet plan then just take one day out of your diet plan and eat whatever you want to eat on that day. This can actually provide you with the incentive to be serious about your diet.

4. It is when we are really getting late for some place that we try to take things for granted and eat whatever we can lay our hands on, so try and stay away from that habit and also you can keep readymade snacks so that if a situation like this arises you can get those snacks.

5. Just like good carbs, do not stop eating all the good fats as well. They are extremely important e.g. the non-saturated ones.

6. Not much can be said on the importance of fiber in our life really. Fiber keeps us full and keeps us away from having more than we really should have.

7. Fired food is a sure shot weight loss enemy number one. If you really want to have weight loss, try not to have fried foods as much as you can.

8. Try to eat organic foods as well; nowadays a lot of importance is being given to the significance of having organic foods. These foods are great due to the high nutrients and low fat content that they have.

9. Never ever try and skip your breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day and if you miss it, your body is going to be feeling lethargic all day long thus a great problem for you. Also people who do not have their breakfast tend to eat more during the day.

10. Water! Just drink at least 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day to have the maximum effect over your body.

11. Instead of having the regular three meals, try to have at least five meals per day. But these should be of equal portion sizes.

The problem is that if you are going to take the approach of a fast track you are going to lose weight quickly, that is for sure but the weight will be gained as quickly as it was reduced as soon as you stop the diet. So try and induce these several tips to lose weight quickly and see the results yourself. The problem is that we do not remain on track and give up easily if a thing or two goes wrong in our weight loss regimen. The key is to stick to the program no matter how difficult it seems to us.
