Now this in no way gives you the authority of eating up whatever you want to eat as you will have to eat small, equal portions consisting of a balanced diet.

3. You cannot eat the same thing every day, it's alright as not many people can do that. But understand the meaning of substitutions and implement it in its true essence regarding your food choices. You can choose some of the healthier versions of the food that you'd like to indulge in so that they do not play as a prospective hurdle in your weight loss ambitions. You just need to take care of the amount of calories that you are taking in as that is the basic determining factor in your weight loss program!

4. Alright we are human beings and it is alright to do away with your balanced diet stuff and go back to the old days; but remember not more than for a day in a week. That is what I mean by changing your lifestyle and not adopting a diet plan for a little while only as it is just not possible.

5. Now you will also have to give up the usual sodas and fizzy drinks that you choose to drink all the time, slowly but gradually. You just can't imagine how many calories you are taking with just one bottle of soda that you are having. Instead of that go high on your water intake as it is really going to help you keep well hydrated.
