The natural sweetness of the fruits will satisfy your craving for sweet foods while the saving in calories and fat will be significant.

Then there is the most usual problem of all times, lack of activity. If your job consists of activities where you need to sit on your desks for a long time, you may find few opportunities for exercise. You can use whatever free time you do have during the day for active pursuits. You should set aside a part of your lunchtime for some form of exercise. Organizing your colleagues to join you one day in a week at a nearby gym might help you to motivate yourself to maintain your own exercise. On other days of the week, you must try to do at least a 20-minute brisk walk. You could also set up some office teams with your co-workers for other activities such as tennis or softball which you can do after work.

If you have a predictable work routine, you may become bored and use food as a diversion. Try to take regular breaks from sitting at your desk to stretch your muscles and refocus your eyes from the computer screen or paperwork. These measures not only help relieve boredom but also help prevent problems such as repetitive strain injury.
