In such a program, licensed health professionals, such as doctors, nurses, registered dietitians, and/or psychologists, provide health care. These programs may offer services such as nutrition education, physical activity, and behavior change therapy. Some of them also offer prescription weight loss drugs or gastrointestinal surgery. A good program will offer you a group of licensed health professionals and a plan that won't let you regain weight after you have lost it. If you sincerely follow a weight loss program, the extra fat in your tummy will disappear fast.
